  14. This is a beta test version of Crazy 8's
  15. This version should run on GFX card screens as well as 
  16. on standard Amiga screens.
  17. If you don't have a GFX card, I recommend using FBlit
  18. for better graphics performance.

  20. It might also work on an Amiga emulator...

  22. The cards also move quite a bit faster than in previous versions.

  28. YOU MUST HAVE A COMPLETE VERSION OF CRAZY 8's 2.7 - 2.8

  30. THIS PROGRAM USES ALL THE SAME DATA FILES, AND IT WILL NOT
  31.  
  32. RUN BY ITSELF!

  34. To test it, just copy the Crazy8.beta program into your
  35. Crazy8 main drawer.  You do not need to remove the normal
  36. Crazy8 program from the drawer.
  37.  
  38. When you click on the programs icon, you will see a standard
  39. ASL screen mode requester.
  40.  
  41. The native screen mode for crazy 8's is a standard lo-res screen,
  42. either NTSC or PAL, 320 x 200 size, of 8 colours.
  43.  
  44. It should also work on GFX card modes such as 320 x 240, and
  45. possibly on other Amiga modes such as Super 72, etc.
  46. As long as the screen size is no smaller than 320 x 200 and
  47. allows at least 8 colours.  Keep in mind that the graphics are
  48. designed for a "square pixel" screen, and will be distorted on
  49. any non-square screen modes.
